The silver glitter is just packed in! I was a little worried the blue base would be very sheer from the first coat, but after two it was opaque and stunning! The application was great and as with all the glitters in the Metro collection it dried super fast.
Generally I'm not drawn to full on blues. I feel like it makes my hands too ruddy and red. However this color is beautiful and something I wouldn't mind wearing... a lot!
That also looks like it would be a fun toe color! Something to wear with a navy blue bathing suit and a wide brimmed sun hat with a long scarf tied around it that trails down your back. The dark color also makes it look like it would go really well with slender gold rings or toe rings and golden bangles around your wrists or ankles. =)

Indeed it would look super cute on the toes! While its in a fall collection nothing about it says definitively 'fall' so it's good to wear whenever you want something blue and sparkly around!
